We are currently looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to work on one of the frameworks at Sellafield. The framework involves delivering projects through a leading collaboration between the client, programme partners, delivery partners, and suppliers as an integrated team.
Our role includes design development and delivery of the Concrete Structures, Groundworks, and Blockwork package.
The Project Manager will be a key leadership role in a highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities include overseeing the timely execution and completion of both pre-construction and construction phases, owning and being accountable for the project, highlighting risks, identifying opportunities, and mentoring continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiencies.
You will be recognized as a technical expert with significant management responsibility for a diverse workforce across various construction disciplines, including operational, engineering, technical, commercial, and business support. You will provide functional leadership throughout the project with a significant degree of independence.
