Job summary

Damicor Ltd in Sidcup is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing construction consultancy team. You will oversee projects from inception through to handover, coordinating design, procurement and construction while liaising with clients and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have consultancy experience across Housing, Education, Healthcare and Local Government sectors; MRICS or MAPM is desirable and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction or related discipline.
• MRICS or MAPM desirable.
• Knowledge of JCT contracts and procurement processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through to completion, overseeing design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Coordinate programmes, budgets, risk, quality and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery.

A leading independent construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of public-sector and community-focused projects across Housing, Education, Healthcare, Local Government, Commercial, Leisure and Regeneration schemes.

The Role

You will manage projects from inception through to completion, overseeing design, procurement, construction and handover.

Working with clients, consultants and contractors, you will manage programmes, budgets, risk, quality and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have consultancy experience across sectors including:

Desired Experience

• Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or a related discipline

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
