Description

The Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of complex digital customer transformations. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in project management, Agile methodologies, and a deep understanding of software and automation development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformations from discovery, mobilisation, and delivery through to live, ensuring the highest quality standards and that they meet customer expectations and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Engage with senior-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with product managers to align delivery with product roadmaps, strategic goals, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between all project stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
  • Focus on delivering MVPs and iterating based on customer feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Carry out sprint retrospectives, monitor project performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide regular status updates, issues, and outcomes to senior management, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve digital delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Manage the budget and resource planning for digital projects.
  • Deliver quality through best practices and methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Proven experience as a Project/Delivery Manager, with extensive experience delivering complex customer solutions and products.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and AI technologies.
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks.
  • Experience with PBI ticketing/management software, such as DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders of all levels internally and externally and present information in a way that promotes full comprehension.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in the MSP industry and product development is desirable.
  • Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, Prince 2, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience delivering digital projects in regulated industries, such as Insurance or Government.
