About the role

LHH is hiring a Project Manager to deliver successful implementations and maximize revenue potential on assigned RPO work streams and National Account clients.

The Project Manager provides expertise and leadership throughout the account lifecycle, from Sales to Implementation. They will also mentor and develop Project Manager Resources to help them reach their full potential.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing status updates and feedback to the Director of Project Management on key deliverables, ensuring projects adhere to budget and timeline.
• Serving as the first point of escalation and integration support for client engagements to ensure alignment in deployment efforts.
• Ensuring tools and templates for project and portfolio management are used effectively and reflect current project status.
• Monitoring and reporting on project performance against objectives, adhering to LHH Solutions project management standards.
• Contributing to communication updates to keep stakeholders engaged in successful RPO and Staffing implementations.
• Providing subject matter expertise across the RPO and Staffing solution lifecycle—Pre-Sales, Implementation, and Post-Go-Live.
• Promoting continuous improvement within the Project Management team to develop faster, cost-effective implementations while mitigating risks.

About you

• Over 4 years’ experience in process design, implementation, sales support, and over 3 years managing delivery/deployment in RPO.
• Experience with a diverse range of clients (Technical, Light Industrial, Clerical).
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Six Sigma or Lean Certification (Green Belt) is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, suitable for individual and group presentations.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective organizational relationships.
• Strong sales presentation skills.
• Experience in report writing, presenting data and issues clearly.
• Project planning experience with resource utilization and policy implementation.
• Strategic problem-solving skills to create cost-effective, deliverable solutions.
• Experience managing multiple accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Project, Visio, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, email, Internet).
