  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior customer stakeholders and executives.
  • Able to influence key decisions, resolve problems decisively, and hold internal and third-party parties to account.

Job description

Up to £75k (dependent on experience), bonus, plus other benefits

A hands-on Project Manager role for someone who thrives in fast-paced delivery environments.

We're looking for a commercially minded Project Manager who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and take ownership. This is not a role for someone who simply coordinates meetings and updates project plans. We need a delivery-focused Project Manager who can manage project budgets, produce accurate financial reporting, control scope, track project performance, and successfully navigate aggressive deadlines and changing customer requirements.

You’ll be responsible for leading complex customer projects from inception through to completion, working closely with customers, technical teams, suppliers, Finance, Sales, and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

If you enjoy accountability, solving problems, managing competing priorities, and driving projects forward in a dynamic technology environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the successful delivery of assigned projects against time, cost, scope and quality, maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the lifecycle.
  • Coordinating internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Managing project scope, budgets, timelines, risks and customer expectations.
  • Owning project commercials including forecasting, revenue recognition, invoicing, and track actuals against budget.
  • Initiate invoicing at the agreed milestones and secure the customer sign-off that releases payment, revenue and deliverable recognition
  • Acting as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Driving governance, reporting and stakeholder communication at all levels.
  • Managing change control processes and ensuring scope is effectively controlled.
  • Supporting bid activities, project proposals and customer renewals where required.
  • Mentoring junior Project Managers and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
