Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver and coordinate a range of small works and project activities for our facilities management client in Birmingham.

You will manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring safety, compliance, on-time delivery and budget adherence. Key responsibilities include coordinating suppliers and subcontractors, conducting site surveys, managing costs and programmes, and leading site meetings with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion.
• Experience managing contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction health and safety legislation.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Commercially aware with experience managing project costs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar planning software.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver and coordinate a range of small works and project activities for our facilities management client in Birmingham. You'll be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on time and within budget.

About You

• Proven experience in a Project Manager role.
• Experience managing contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction and health & safety legislation.

• Willingness to travel across the UK as required.

Qualifications

Ideally you'll hold qualifications such as:

• SMSTS and CSCS
• IOSH Managing Safely
• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
