Role responsibilities:
- Responsible for a number of projects at different stages of the project lifecycle.
- Within each project, responsible for: end-to-end management including scheme development, stakeholder engagement, and coordination with asset teams, designers, sub-consultants, construction teams, and contractors.
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders such as Planners, Construction Managers, Project QS, Asset and Design Teams.
- Oversee the P6 programme with the planning team, including critical path activities.
- Handle commercial management tasks including cost planning, supply chain quotations, invoice review, forecasting, and applications review.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and schedule compliance.
- Lead Gateways and collaborative cost reviews with the client and project team.
- Follow project governance procedures, prepare and deliver presentations for project gateways.
- Provide routine reports on project schedule, risks, and commercial status internally and to the client.
- Engage in the Collaborative M25 Community, including forums and workshops.
- Support sustainability initiatives and align with business plan objectives.

Working arrangements:
- Willingness to travel to other offices and site visits, including night shifts for H&S audits.
- Full driving license required.
Qualifications/skills:
- Project management experience, preferably with recognized qualifications such as PRINCE2 or APMP.
- Degree qualification and membership of a professional institution or working towards it.
- Knowledge of Highway or Structures Engineering and related design areas.
- Understanding of CDM, H&S, and Environmental legislation related to Highway Engineering.
- Knowledge of NEC and other relevant contract forms.

Location:
This hybrid role requires a minimum of 3 days per week at CPS M25 offices, including one day in Dartford.
