Project Manager Sheffield Student Accommodation/Apartment Fit out

Our client is a main-contractor specialising in fit-out accommodation developments. They are seeking a Project Manager to deliver a project in Sheffield.

The Project Manager will be expected to:

• Monitor and update the build programme regularly

• Coordinate and book all trades

• Ensure trades perform to schedule and maintain high standards

• Order materials, fixtures, and fittings

• Liaise with architects and us on design/site issues that need resolving

• Manage design changes requested by buyers

• Deliver the project on budget and on time, aiming to complete by the end of July with only snagging remaining
