Job summary

SLS Recruitment Specialising in Further Education seeks an experienced Projects & Innovation Manager to lead strategic initiatives for a leading training provider. The role focuses on improving operational performance, learner experience and business capability.

You will steer complex projects end-to-end, develop governance and reporting, and drive change across cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects within an Independent Training Provider or automotive sector is essential.
• Strong project planning, governance and delivery roadmaps are required.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
• PRINCE2, APM, Agile or equivalent qualifications are desirable.

• Proven experience delivering complex projects or business improvement initiatives.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience managing change, suppliers, risks and budgets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, results-focused approach with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.

PRINCE2, APM, Agile or equivalent qualifications are desirable, as is experience within automotive, retail, learning or customer experience environments.
