Job summary

Royal Leamington Spa is seeking a Projects & Innovation Manager to lead strategic projects aimed at improving operational performance, learner experience and business capability. Key responsibilities include leading complex projects end-to-end, managing budgets and risks, and developing governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Project Management experience within an Independent Training Provider or Automotive essential.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects or business improvement initiatives.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience managing change, suppliers, risks and budgets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, results-focused approach with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.
• PRINCE2, APM, Agile or equivalent qualifications are desirable.
