Job summary

Fawkes and Reece in the South East is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a major new build construction project in Rayleigh, Essex. This long-term freelance contract offers stability and the opportunity to lead the development from inception through to completion.

As Project Manager you will work closely with the site team, design consultants, and subcontractors to deliver safely, on programme and within budget, maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale new build construction projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, planning, and project controls.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
• Ability to manage programmes, budgets, and project teams effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working for a main contractor is highly desirable.
