Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London are seeking a Project Manager to oversee a new build school from groundworks to handover. You will lead a team of Site Managers and Assistants, manage client meetings and coordinate design, commercial and operations.

This role requires experience on schools or major projects; you will act as No.1 on site, pushing the programme and ensuring milestones are met. Based in Potters Bar, the role is on site with a solid contractor pipeline.

Qualifications

• Ideally a PM who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients.
• Excellent client facing and communication across design, commercial and operations.

Project Manager

I am currently working with a strong, privately owned Main Contractor, who have an opportunity for a Project Manager, to oversee a new build school from start to finish. This involves leading the project as No1 from groundworks to handover, managing a team of Site Managers and Assistants. This is a great opportunity to join a solid and stable company, wit plenty of work in the pipeline. Our client is looking for someone with schools or major project experience.
