Job description

We're are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a new volume housing site in Peterborough for a respected 5 star housebuilder. If you have timber frame experience, a passion for delivering quality, and a proven track record in site leadership, this role is for you.

Duties-

• Overseeing full site delivery from groundworks to handover
• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Driving build programmes to meet deadlines and budgets
• Ensuring high standards of site presentation, H&S, and compliance
• Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the build
• Championing quality and customer satisfaction across every plot

We're looking for someone with:

• Timber frame and volume build experience
• Ideally a Pride in the Job winner or similar accolades
• Confidence in client-facing roles and driving performance on site

In return you will be offered an attractive salary - open to negotiation for the right person with a £6.5K car allowance + 20% bonus
