We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale business and technology change initiatives that support the continued growth and evolution of Oxford University Press globally. Working across Academic Technology portfolios, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, managing complex programmes and stand-alone projects that deliver meaningful business outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic change across a diverse international organisation., As Project Manager, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, delivery partners and subject matter experts to define project scope, establish delivery approaches, and drive projects through to successful completion. You will be responsible for managing governance, risks, issues, dependencies, resources and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered to agreed timescales, quality standards and business objectives. You will also help foster a collaborative, solutions-focused approach, bringing clarity and structure to complex and evolving initiatives.
The successful candidate will be a confident and adaptable project professional with excellent stakeholder management skills and a track record of delivering complex change projects. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes, quality and continuous improvement. Experience of structured project management methodologies, effective governance practices and cross-functional collaboration will be essential, alongside the ability to influence, communicate and build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
