Job summary

TSR Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Manager in Nottingham to oversee facilities management projects on commercial buildings. You will lead projects from precontracts to completion, attend site visits and manage contractors, ensuring quality, safety and budget targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management within the commercial sector.
• SMSTS, CSCS and first aid qualifications preferred.
• Good IT skills.
• Commercially aware and efficient at delivering projects within budget.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities management projects on commercial buildings.
• Lead projects from precontracts to completion.
• Attend site visits.
• Oversee quality control and health and safety.
• Manage contractors and direct staff.
• Manage the client relationship and maximise opportunities.
• Complete progress reports.
• Reporting into the head of facilities management.
