We're looking for a commercially focused Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across the business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and with measurable value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects in a commercial environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all business levels.
• Experience working in fast-paced, commercially focused organisations.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems.
• Commercially minded, highly organised and results driven.
• Excellent communicator, collaborative and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset.
• PRINCE2, APM or PMP qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through to successful completion.
• Manage scope, budgets, resources, risks, governance, and reporting.
• Deliver business transformation projects that create measurable value.
• Drive process mapping and operational efficiencies using Lean/Six Sigma where applicable.
• Oversee financial management including budgeting, cost control and KPI reporting.
• Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering to support delivery.
• Manage procurement activities and supplier contracts where required.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and liaise with executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations and negotiations to achieve objectives.
• Coach teams and influence stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

How you'll make an impact as a Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering business transformation projects in a corporate environment and looking to join a growing pan-European business? We're looking for a commercially focused Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across the business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and deliver measurable value. You'll play a key role in driving change, improving processes and delivering projects that support the continued growth and success of SNAP.

What you'll be doing
