Bis Henderson is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a hybrid role across Northampton or West Sussex. You will manage a portfolio of internal projects in a fast-paced, multi-site 3PL FMCG environment, delivering projects on time and within budget.

Location: Northampton or West Sussex - Hybrid working with travel Salary: £55,000-£60,000, car allowance and benefits

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-paced, multi-site 3PL operation, managing a varied portfolio of internal projects across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects simultaneously, improving the way a business operates and turning ideas into practical, deliverable solutions. You will take ownership of a range of projects across the organisation, working closely with operational, commercial, IT and senior management teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required standard.

Key Skills/Experience:

• A strong understanding of operational environments and the challenges of implementing change
• Experience delivering new site openings, mobilisation, fit-outs or similar large-scale projects
• Strong continuous improvement and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
• A structured, organised and commercially aware approach
• The confidence to challenge existing processes and identify smarter ways of working
• Strong attention to detail, while being able to see the bigger picture
