Job summary

V7 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end projects from initial brief to delivery, coordinating Sales, Design, Production, Finance and Logistics while keeping clients informed. This role offers hybrid working in the United Kingdom and exposure to multi-million pound programmes in a world-leading engineering environment.

You’ll typically manage 5–10 projects at once, ranging from 8–24 weeks, with typical values from £100k to £1m and some up to £7m.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of these projects from start to finish — coordinating Sales, Design, Production, Finance and Logistics, while keeping the client informed every step of the way.

Why this role?

This isn’t just about managing a project plan. You’ll be the person joining all the dots, solving issues, keeping teams aligned and making sure the customer gets exactly what they’ve ordered, when they expect it.

You’ll typically manage 5–10 projects at once, ranging from 8–24 weeks in duration. Most are worth £100k–£1m, with some reaching as high as £7m.

What are we looking for?

Ideally, you’ll have a technical or engineering background alongside solid project management experience. You don’t need to know our products — we’ll teach you that.

What matters is that you can manage multiple projects, communicate confidently, work across different teams and keep things moving.
