Job summary

McCann Demand is seeking a project manager/producer to deliver complex marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, from concept to delivery. You will manage multiple projects under pressure, coordinate with the Creative/Design and Account Management teams, and ensure timely, high-quality outputs across Print, Digital, Social, TV and Radio.

Qualifications

  • Agency experience in creative/advertising or integrated environments.
  • Experience managing global projects across Print/Digital/Social/TV/Radio.
  • Strong attention to detail throughout production.
  • Ability to develop project timing plans.
  • Experience balancing multiple stakeholder requirements.
  • Ability to assess risks and escalate issues.
  • Drive projects to completion with motivated teams.
  • Quality assurance: test and review deliverables.
  • Deliver tasks quickly and to high standards.
  • Listen to client and creative requests and report accurately.
  • Meticulous proofreading before presenting proposals.

Requirements

You’ll develop good relationships with the Creative/Design department, Artworking Studio and Account Management, be client facing, campaign aware, and embrace collaboration with multiple partners and stakeholders both internally and externally. Challenges and unknowns should be welcomed and relished.

What we want to see (AKA: The bullet points)

  • * Experience working in agencies - whether that be creative, advertising or integrated. Busy, deadline driven agency environment experience is essential
  • * Established experience of running a variety of global projects and campaigns across multiple channels, including - Print/Digital/Social/TV/Radio from planning through to delivery
  • * Have great attention to detail applied throughout the production process
  • * Developing project timing plans
  • * Experience of successfully managing and balancing the requirements of multiple stakeholders
  • * Assess project risk on an ongoing basis, escalating issues as needed
  • * Drive projects to completion by keeping the team both on track and highly motivated
  • * Project quality assurance - test and review of output, checking outputted deliverables against scope
  • * Fulfil all allotted tasks quickly, efficiently and to the highest possible standards
  • * Listen carefully to client and creative requests and report them accurately
  • * Proofread meticulously before presenting creative proposals internally or externally
  • * Monitor all internal and external costs for assigned project
