Are you a former Building Control Inspector, Construction Project Manager or Architect with in-depth knowledge of the Building Regulations and the new Principal Designer duties under the Building Safety Act?

We're looking for a highly skilled Building Regulations Principal Designer to join a growing Safety & Compliance team at a Construction Consultants in Milton Keynes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design assurance and regulatory compliance across a diverse portfolio
• Work on a range of exciting projects, including commercial, education, residential, and High-Risk Buildings (HRBs)
• Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, contractors, and regulators
• Ensure all stages of design meet Building Regs and new safety requirements
