Job summary

Vibe Recruit is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex health-care related projects, drive improvements in processes, tools and training, and ensure successful delivery against milestones and commercial objectives.

You will oversee governance, stakeholder engagement, and major implementations for Key Account customers, striving to standardise practices and enhance efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Project Management qualifications / certifications e.g. Prince 2.
• Experience - Minimum of 3-5 years track record in the diagnostic industry with an emphasis on managing highly complex projects.
• Previous experience as program / project manager.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence and present to executives.
• Team oriented; builds relationships and motivates others.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements, standardisation, efficiency and effectiveness in processes, tools and trainings using company Project management tools.
• Lead complex projects, either standalone or automation, managing the project to hit major milestones and ensure TOR is met to deliver commercial billing.
• Drive account governance, best practice and compliance.
• Provide leadership for project team (internally and customer facing).
• Assist and drive major implementation requirements for Key Account customers.
• Develop project plans to meet the business needs in line with guidelines.
• Carry out project tasks as defined by Management, managing resource plan, installation plan and go live expectations.
• Conducts periodic forums, Project governance meetings internally with internal stakeholders, externally with Customer and third-party suppliers.

Project Manager

A global health care provider now has a need for a Project Manager to lead complex projects, while driving improvements and effectiveness in processes, tools and training.

Accountabilities

• Drive improvements, standardisation, efficiency and effectiveness in processes, tools and trainings using company Project management tools
• Lead complex projects, either standalone or automation, managing the project to hit major milestones and ensure TOR is met to deliver commercial billing
• Drive account governance, best practice and compliance

• Success in this role is measured by Country sales, margin and EP goals, agreed win rate and retention rate, Increased TOR for defined accounts and Increased efficiency and standardization of RFP, RFI and tender responses.
