Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of education-focused fit out and refurbishment projects. You will manage multiple schemes from mobilisation through to handover, coordinating clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure delivery on time and to budget.

Projects are predominantly across the South of England, with a focus on safe site delivery, snagging and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager within construction, fit out or refurbishment.
• Strong project planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing subcontractors, programmes and budgets.
• Education-sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience with modular construction would also be beneficial.
