The company specialises in interior fit out—particularly office interiors, drylining, ceilings, and partitions—for commercial and data centre environments. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle, from mobilisation to handover
• Manage budgets, programmes, and subcontractor performance
• Liaise with clients, design teams, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
• Ensure adherence to building regulations, health & safety standards, and quality benchmarks
• Lead project reporting and communication with internal and external stakeholders

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of construction experience, ideally in fit out or interior contracting
• Proven track record delivering large fit out projects, including drylining, ceilings, and partitions
• Experience in data centre environments is preferred
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong problem-solving ability with experience handling design, budget, and scheduling challenges
