Hours: Full time

Office Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced, efficient, calm and effective Project Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of all projects, from pitch through to execution. This can be on a project basis or as part of an ongoing retainer. This will include deadlines, milestones, budgets and creative goals with this role reporting into the Operations Director.

You will work closely with many internal departments including the data, strategy, creative, social production, design, account and finance teams as well as external partners to deliver outstanding creative solutions that align with client objectives and our agency's vision.

Requirements

What you will be doing as a Project Manager

  • You’ll be project managing some of our biggest creative projects where we need expert and dedicated support. These projects are multi-channel so you’ll have worked in video, social, digital and design.
  • You’ll be responsible for creating and managing projects, estimates, and master timelines, continuously tracking progress to ensure everything stays on course and all elements align.
  • You’ll oversee status updates, project burn rates, and resource forecasting.
  • Proactively identifying potential issues, you’ll address them early on and escalate when necessary.

What you’ll bring to Jungle

  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all creative projects, ensuring timely delivery while managing scope, budget, internal teams and quality.
  • Creative Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams, including Designers, Production team, Accounts team to develop and deliver integrated creative campaigns.
  • Budget management: Proficient in managing project financials – understanding the fundamentals of resourcing, utilization, managing client budgets and running profitable projects.
  • Timeline Management: Develop project timelines, and resource plans, in line with budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all creative work aligns with brand guidelines, project goals, and quality standards, conducting reviews and approvals at each stage of development.
  • Resource Allocation: Collaborate with department leads to assign resources to projects effectively, ensuring balanced workloads across teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues quickly and efficiently to keep projects on track.
  • Project Analysis: Track project performance, providing updates to internal stakeholders, and leveraging insights for future project improvement.

What we need from you!

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative or marketing agency environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital and social marketing, branding, design processes, and campaign development.
  • Communication: Excellent communication with the ability to articulate complex scenarios in simple language.
  • Organisation: Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented approach.
