Job summary

Place North West is recruiting a fixed-term Project Manager to deliver the LCR Life Sciences Innovation Zone Programme. You will provide professional project management expertise, coordinate multiple workstreams, and foster relationships with public and private sector partners to drive implementation during the delivery phase.

The role supports collaboration across life sciences and associated sectors, helping accelerate delivery of high-grade space while strengthening regional innovation

About the Role

This role is fixed-term until 31/03/2031.

The purpose of the role post is to provide professional project management expertise to deliver the LCR Life Sciences Innovation Zone Programme, working with public and private sector partners to drive forward implementation during the delivery phase.

The LCR Life Sciences Innovation Zone Programme is accelerating delivery of high-grade lab and office space, while backing the City Region’s world-leading innovation, supporting businesses to start, scale and invest and training the next generation of talent.

About the person

We are seeking a pro-active individual to provide project management expertise to support the coordination of all Innovation Zone workstreams and forge collaborative relationships with key project stakeholders across the public and private sector.
