About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Liverpool. This role will focus on high‑rise construction projects, managing them from inception to completion while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee high‑rise construction projects from start to finish
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure requirements are met
• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and implement solutions where necessary
• Produce project reports and updates for management and clients
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and relevant regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in high‑rise construction, industrial, or engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Full UK driving licence preferred
