Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Manager – Bespoke Joinery to lead a portfolio of premium joinery projects for residential and commercial sectors.

You will visit sites for inspections, manage from tender to completion, prepare health and safety documents, and report progress to clients and internal teams.

The role requires joinery project experience, IT literacy, and a proactive, highly organized approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Manager, ideally in joinery industry.
• Shop floor / factory / manufacturing experience advantageous.
• IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Visit sites for inspections and site assessments.
• Manage all aspects from tender through to completion.
• Write up health and safety documents for each site.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide reports.
• Attend pre-contract and progress meetings with clients.
• Maintain knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation.
• Manage projects up to a value of £750k.

Job Title: Project Manager – Bespoke Joinery

Remuneration: £55,000 + Discretionary bonus

The role of the Project Manager – Bespoke Joinery will involve:

• Project Manager position for a range of bespoke joinery projects across residential and commercial sectors
• Visit sites when required to conduct inspections, and site assessments
• Manage all aspects of the project from tender all the way through to the completion
• Write up health and safety documents for each individual site
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide reports for the project
• Attend pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients
• Maintain good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
• Manage large projects up-to a value of £750k

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Bespoke Joinery with:

• Must have experience as a Project manager, ideally within the joinery industry although would be open to someone with experience with interior fit-out, refurbishment, bespoke interior products or closely related.
• Highly advantageous to have shop floor / factory / manufacturing experience
• IT literate
• Proactive, motivated, and highly organised
