Responsibilities

• Managing projects from initiation through execution and delivery.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, milestones, and schedules.
• Coordinating with stakeholders, business teams, vendors, and technical teams.
• Leading project meetings, stand-ups, workshops, and status updates.
• Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Tracking progress against scope, timelines, and delivery objectives.
• Supporting project governance, reporting, and leadership updates.
• Helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.
• Working with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and keep workstreams moving.
• Supporting transformation, implementation, change, process improvement, or operational initiatives.
• Partnering with Business Analysts, PMOs, Product teams, and business stakeholders to drive execution.
• Assisting with project documentation, planning artifacts, RAID logs, and delivery reporting.
