Disrupt Talent in Leeds is seeking a Project Manager embedded in a renowned experiential agency, delivering six high-end executive retreats each year. You will own the full project lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring flawless on-site execution and rapid problem-solving.

You will manage budgets, suppliers and governance, building trust with senior stakeholders and contributing to the agency's wider experiential portfolio during retreat cycles.

Project Manager - Embedded with a Global Events Agency (Leeds based)

Fancy being the trusted right-hand for one of the most exclusive event programmes going?

We're recruiting a Project Manager to sit inside a well-established experiential agency, working on a single high-profile account: ultra-exclusive executive retreats for next-gen C-suite leaders. Think small, intimate, high-trust gatherings (around 12 guests) in locations like California, Dublin and Geneva, luxury, but never flashy.

Worth flagging upfront: the end client sits in the betting & gaming sector, so this one's for candidates who are comfortable with that space.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning full project management for six flagship events a year, start to finish
• Leading on-site delivery you're the calm, capable presence in the room, right down to troubleshooting AV on the fly or having backup suppliers ready if something goes sideways
• Building genuine trust with senior stakeholders, knowing when to lead and when to hang back
• Managing budgets, suppliers and governance to a seriously high standard
• Contributing into the agency's wider XM portfolio between retreat cycles

The setup:

• Based in Leeds (3 days/week office), with monthly trips to London for client strategy sessions (expensed)
