Job description

Kitchens International is Scotland’s leading luxury kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and interiors specialist. We craft exciting, distinctive and stunning spaces. Our passion for excellence runs through every stage of the experience – from expert advice and innovative design to meticulous project management, installation and aftercare, complemented by some of the world’s leading brands and technology.

We believe every client and every project is unique. That’s why we go beyond simply designing exceptional interiors, bringing together creativity, expertise and attention to detail to create spaces where people love to live.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our in-house team of designers, technicians and skilled installers. You’ll play a key role in bringing our designs to life, overseeing projects from order through to completion and ensuring every installation is delivered to the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple kitchen and interiors installation projects simultaneously.
  • Conduct technical site surveys and ensure projects are installation-ready.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the installation process.
  • Coordinate installers, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries.
  • Monitor schedule of works, budgets and timelines.
  • Carry out site inspections to ensure quality and progress.
  • Resolve installation and technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Manage remedial requirements, project completion and client sign off.
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance across all projects.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and colleagues.
  • Provide regular project updates to the Installations Manager.
  • Strive to complete projects without requirement for remedial visits.
About You
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • A confident and clear communicator, comfortable working with clients, colleagues and trades.
  • Customer-focused, with a professional, positive and proactive approach.
  • A natural problem solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Commercially aware, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proven experience in project management within kitchens, bathrooms, construction, interior fit-out or a related environment.
  • Strong understanding of residential installations and the coordination of multiple trades.
  • Experience managing high-quality residential installation or fit-out projects from order through to completion.
  • Experience coordinating installers, trades, suppliers and other project stakeholders
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using digital systems.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
What We Offer
  • Opportunity to work with one of Scotland's leading luxury interiors businesses.
  • Exposure to high-value residential projects and premium clients.
  • A varied role combining site-based project delivery with office coordination.
  • Competitive salary and company vehicle
  • A supportive team culture focused on quality, craftsmanship and customer satisfaction

The position is for 40 hours per week which includes weekend working on a rotational basis.
