Job summary

Detail 2 Limited is recruiting a Construction Project Manager to lead a heavy construction project in Essex, operating within a design & build framework across the UK.

You will supervise site operations, conduct inspections, ensure safety standards, and drive timely completion while coordinating with teams and stakeholders; up to £80,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• Must have experience within heavy construction environment.
• Must have 3 years+ project management experience.
• Responsible for supervising the site and overseeing site operations.
• Conducting site inspections and consistently maintaining high construction safety standards.
• Ensuring timely completion of works.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of construction regulations and building codes.
• Positive attitude and able to lead from the front.
• Able to lead and motivate team members.
