Job summary

ALS Hawarden is seeking a Project Manager to join the Environmental Client Services team. You will be the primary contact for clients, manage projects end-to-end, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, client-facing experience, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary and on-site parking.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, delivering a professional, friendly and responsive service.
  • Provide quotations, assist with pricing, and schedule sample analysis.
  • Guide clients through project start-up and onboarding processes.
  • Support client portal usage (myALS), and help resolve queries and invoicing issues.
  • Attend client meetings in person or via Microsoft Teams and manage complex projects in partnership with the operations team.
  • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and regular service reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, attend team meetings, and share workloads to ensure smooth service delivery.

About the Position
  • Shift: Monday to Friday
  • Location: Hawarden
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent
  • Salary: £28,255 (dependant on experience)
The day to day
