Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source in North London is seeking an experienced Steel Project Manager to oversee multiple steel projects and lead site teams across Central London, delivering on programme and quality.

You will plan and drive programmes, coordinate labour and subcontractors, manage safety and budget adherence, and provide clear updates to clients and senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within structural steel.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Managing 4 live sites concurrently, with 4 Site Managers reporting directly into you.
• Overseeing the delivery of steel projects from planning through to completion.
• Preparing, reviewing, and updating project programmes, ensuring timelines and budgets are achieved.
• Coordinating site activities, labour, subcontractors, and resources to keep works progressing smoothly.
• Liaising with clients, design teams, and senior management to provide regular updates and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Overseeing all health & safety requirements across sites, promoting a culture of safe working and compliance with regulations.
• Providing strong leadership, guidance, and mentoring to site teams to drive performance and maintain high standards of workmanship.

We are looking for an experienced Steel Project Manager to join a busy Structural Steel and Architectural Metalwork company in North London. You will be overseeing multiple projects across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to take ownership of complex steel projects and manage site teams to deliver on programme and quality.

Duties include
