Cornerstone Project Source in North London is seeking a permanent Steel Project Manager to oversee multiple structural steel projects across Central London, taking ownership from planning through to handover.

You will manage site teams, coordinate labour and subcontractors, monitor programmes and budgets, and report to clients and senior management while ensuring safety and quality on all sites. Start date is immediate with a salary of £70k–£80k for a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within structural steel.
• NVQ Level 6 qualification.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Managing 4 live sites concurrently, with 4 Site Managers reporting directly to you
• Taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of steel projects from planning through to completion
• Preparing, reviewing and updating project programmes, ensuring timelines and budgets are achieved
• Coordinating site activities, labour, subcontractors and resources to keep works progressing smoothly
• Liaising with clients, design teams and senior management to provide regular updates and resolve technical or operational issues
• Overseeing all health & safety requirements across sites, promoting a culture of safe working and compliance with regulations
• Providing strong leadership, guidance and mentoring to site teams to drive performance and maintain high standards of work

A leading structural steel and architectural metalwork specialist is currently looking for a permanent Steel Project Manager in North London. You will oversee multiple structural steel projects across Central London, taking ownership of complex projects and managing site teams to deliver on programme and quality.

Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: North London

Duties:

• Managing 4 live sites concurrently, with 4 Site Managers reporting directly to you
