Job summary

Vovi Studio is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead website projects for a growing client base in a dynamic studio environment. You will plan, coordinate and deliver projects on time within budgets while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally on website projects for a marketing agency.
• Highly organised, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teams.
• Proactive in taking ownership, using initiative to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, resources and risk management.
• Be the main client contact, manage expectations, and ensure needs are understood and met.
• Coordinate with designers, developers and content creators to deliver aligned results.
• Monitor budgets and timelines, report progress to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Who are you?

• 3+ years experience in Project Management (ideally website experience at a marketing agency)
• Looking to be a part of a growing company, seizing opportunity in the AI space & to participate in it's success
• Organised, on the ball and high energy
• Comfortable in taking responsibility for multiple tasks, prioritising - and using initiative to make sure they go well
• Enjoy building good internal & external relationships, and can speak persuasively

Key Responsibilities?

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations and our quality standards
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within financial constraints
• Timeline Management: Oversee project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to, while adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate changes
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet Vovi Studio's quality standards and client specifications before final delivery
• Problem‑Solving: Identify potential project risks or issues and develop proactive solutions to mitigate them
• Reporting: Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders, including status reports, budget summaries, and post‑project evaluations
