Job summary

Vovi Studio, a dynamic creative studio, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead website and branding projects. You will plan, coordinate, and drive delivery while collaborating with designers, developers and clients to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in project management, preferably with websites or marketing agencies.
• Interest in AI space and contributing to company success.
• Strong organisational skills and high energy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Project planning with timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and manage expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align deliverables with client needs.
• Monitor budgets and ensure delivery within financial constraints.
• Manage project timelines and milestones, adapt plans as needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client specs.
• Identify risks and develop proactive mitigation plans.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders.

• - 3+ years experience in Project Management (ideally website experience at a marketing agency).

Key Responsibilities?

• - Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• - Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• - Team Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations and our quality standards.
• - Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• - Timeline Management: Oversee project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to, while adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate changes.
• - Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet Vovi Studio’s quality standards and client specifications before final delivery.
• - Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks or issues and develop proactive solutions to mitigate them.
• - Reporting: Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders, including status reports, budget summaries, and post-project evaluations.
