Job summary

CMC Markets are hiring a Project Manager to support or deliver projects, manage risks, issues and dependencies, and coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams. You will work alongside our Programme Manager to take ownership from start to finish and help projects stay aligned with objectives.

You will coordinate colleagues to keep work moving, resolve challenges, and ensure a professional, confidential service to clients and colleagues as projects progress through completion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a Project Management, PMO or a delivery-focused role.
• Experience contributing to project delivery and a good understanding of project management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence negotiating, resolving conflict and identifying priorities.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, fair and consistent service to customers, clients and colleagues, and handle information confidentially.
