Job summary

Bigblue UK in London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Cat B office fit-out projects across the city from pre-construction through to handover. You will own the programme, budget and overall delivery while coordinating with design and pre-construction teams.

Ideal candidates will have London Design & Build/office fit-out experience, be commercially strong, and able to run projects independently while engaging with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Previous London Design & Build / office fit-out experience.
• Experience taking projects from pre-construction through to handover.
• Commercially strong; comfortable running own projects without supervision.

I’m working with an ambitious, scaling London Design & Build business looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager.

They’re looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running, taking ownership of Cat B office fit-out projects across London from pre-construction right through to handover. You’ll be working closely with one of the best in the industry, making this a great opportunity for an already capable PM who wants to develop further and take their career to the next level.
