Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in brand and/or web design.
• A portfolio that proves your craft.
• Fluent in Figma and solid in Webflow.
• Experience or interest in AI in design workflows.
• Good taste, fast hands, and low ego.

Responsibilities

• Run brand and website projects from concept to launch.
• Design and build in Webflow to a high standard.
• Turn strategy into visual identity systems.
• Use AI tools to enhance design and speed up processes.
• Present your work to clients.
• Raise standards on all deliverables.
