ME+EM is seeking a highly organised Project Manager for a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract at our West London head office. You will deliver priority initiatives spanning retail and online channels, while establishing lightweight PMO practices and governance for future projects.
You will lead cross-functional teams, define milestones, and maintain plans, driving momentum and decisions with senior leadership. This is a fast-paced, hands-on delivery role designed to move quickly from day one.
Location: Head Office, White City Place, West London
Contract Type: 6 months Fixed-Term Contract
ME+EM is one of the UK’s fastest-growing luxury fashion brands, with a strong global digital presence and stores across the UK, including London and Edinburgh, alongside concessions within Harrods and Selfridges. We are also continuing our exciting international expansion across the U.S, with new stores opening across key markets.
At ME+EM we are an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate group of people. We work hard, are enthusiastic to learn and are not afraid to take risks. Everyone contributes to our success at all levels, and that precisely what makes being a member of the team so rewarding.
Our office and stores are always busy and fast paced, but we work just as hard to make sure it’s fun, with social activities and biannual parties. We pride ourselves on being approachable, supportive, and welcoming and ensure that everyone’s hard work is rewarded. It takes all these things to build a strong, successful business and our door is always open to new talent ready to contribute to our growth and evolution.
We are looking for a highly organised, delivery-focused Project Manager to lead a set of priority initiatives across our business over a defined 6-month engagement. Example projects could be improving the customer experience around returns, transitioning key outsourced technology services in house, or managing brand and performance marketing plans to support our growth. Alongside delivering these projects, you will help professionalise how we run projects more broadly, establishing a lightweight PMO function, a repository of templates and best practice, and the governance needed to set future projects up for success. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who can quickly get under the skin of complex, cross-functional work and start moving it forward from day one.
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects spanning our retail and online business
Define scope, milestones, and success metrics for each workstream, and flex to pick up new priority projects as they arise over the course of the contract
Build and maintain detailed project plans, tracking and communicating progress against timeline and budget
Establish a lightweight PMO function, including templates, reporting formats, and a shared repository of project documentation
Define a consistent approach to project scoping, governance, and status reporting that can outlast this contract
Support the Head of Strategy in maintaining a prioritised view of the projects across the business, flagging where items need escalating or management team decisions are required
Act as the central point of contact and coordination across cross-functional teams and workstreams. Track actions and decisions from meetings, following up to ensure momentum is maintained across workstreams
Build strong working relationships quickly, given the fixed-term nature of the role
Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or luxury businesses
Track record of managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional projects
Experience setting up or improving PMO processes, templates, or governance frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with senior leadership
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating with ambiguity
Proficient with project management tools (e.g. Asana)
Advanced proficiency with Google slides / sheets (or Microsoft equivalent)
Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2) beneficial but not essential given the practical, delivery-focused scope of the role
