We have an expanding portfolio of our projects overseas and require a Project Manager to join our multidisciplinary team and play a pivotal role in delivering a significant mixed-use district masterplan.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale masterplanning teams, particularly within the UK and Middle East (KSA and UAE). This role will require the coordination of architecture, landscape, urban design, and engineering teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery.

The candidate must also be willing and able to travel as required, supporting stakeholder engagement and project oversight.

Required:

  1. Project Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day management of a complex, multi-disciplinary masterplanning project, ensuring alignment between architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, and engineering teams.
  2. Middle East Experience: Demonstrated experience in project management within KSA/UAE, understanding regional project processes.
  3. Meeting & Stakeholder Management: Organise, schedule, and facilitate project meetings with internal teams, clients, and consultants. Maintain accurate meeting records, actions, and follow-ups.
  4. Project Documentation & Information Flow: Manage and coordinate project deliverables, ensuring version control and accessibility for the team. Ensure compliance with digital collaboration tools (e.g., BIM, CDE platforms).
  5. Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project programme, resources, risk, and schedules, proactively identifying challenges and proposing solutions. Prepare regular status reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  6. Risk & Change Management: Identify potential risks early and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project progression.
  7. Travel & On-Site Coordination: Willingness to travel as needed for project meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagement.
  8. Fluency in English and relevant permit for working in the UK.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

  1. Educational Background: Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, or Construction Management, with a focus on project management.
  2. Software Proficiency: Experience using project management and collaboration tools.
  3. Contract Knowledge: Familiarity with contract administration.
  4. Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Ability to liaise effectively between design teams, engineers, clients, and stakeholders.
  5. Experience with Large-Scale Developments: Previous experience managing high-profile masterplans, urban developments, or multi-disciplinary design projects.
