Job summary

METLEN Energy & Metals is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join the EPC Project Delivery team within the M Renewables Division in the UK. You will support utility-scale renewable energy EPC projects, collaborating with Senior Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.

This early-career role offers exposure to project planning, execution, governance and stakeholder management while developing commercial and engineering competencies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 1-3 years' experience supporting EPC projects within renewable energy, utilities or major infrastructure.
• Experience in a client-facing environment with ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with clients.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of utility-scale EPC projects from contract award through to commissioning and handover.
• Assisting with project planning, programme management, reporting and cost tracking to support successful project execution.
• Coordinating activities across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial and HSE teams.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Supporting the Senior Project Manager in representing METLEN professionally throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and supporting the timely resolution of technical and commercial issues.
• Preparing project documentation, progress reports, meeting minutes and project schedules.
• Supporting project governance and ensuring activities are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and in line with METLEN's quality and compliance standards.
• Contributing to a collaborative project environment focused on continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

We are currently looking for aJunior Project Manager to join our EPC Project Delivery team within the M Renewables Division.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career project professional to develop their career within a leading international renewable energy business. Working closely with Senior Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams, you will support the planning, coordination and execution of utility-scale renewable energy EPC projects across the UK.

You will be part of a fast-paced, client-focused environment, gaining hands‑on exposure to complex engineering and construction projects while developing your project management, commercial and stakeholder management skills.

What you bring to the role

• Strong attention to detail, ownership and willingness to learn.
