Job summary

Boden Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager – PFI Expiry to lead a key programme across multiple sites in London. The role involves managing lifecycle works, asset condition, remedial works, compliance and transition planning through to successful handback.

This 12-month contract is paid at £450 per day inside IR35 and offers exposure to a significant PFI expiry programme across a London estate. Location: London / Greater London.

Qualifications

• Must have strong project management experience within facilities management.
• Proven experience working with PFI contracts.
• Experience in PFI expiry, handback or exit programmes.
• Good knowledge of lifecycle and asset management.
• Experience managing contractors across complex estates.
• Strong commercial, financial and programme management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in PFI expiry and handback programmes? We’re recruiting for a Project Manager – PFI Expiry to lead a key programme across multiple sites in London.

About You

• Strong Project Management experience within Facilities Management.

• Previous PFI expiry, handback or exit programme experience.
• Good knowledge of lifecycle and asset management.
• Experience managing contractors across complex estates.
• Strong commercial, financial and programme management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
