About the Role

Equinix is looking for a delivery-focused Program Delivery Manager to run our internship, apprenticeship, and traineeship programs across EMEA. This is a hands-on, execution-led role: you will make sure each program runs smoothly from start to finish — onboarding, scheduling, events, participant support, and reporting — ensuring programmatic talent is enabled through the employee lifecycle and business teams get the support they need.

Based in London and working within Equinix’s Integrated Talent Solutions (ITS) team, you will coordinate across HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, learning enablement teams, and external partners such as universities and training providers to deliver programs on time, on budget, and in line with local requirements across EMEA markets.

What You’ll Do
Program Delivery & Coordination

  • Coordinate onboarding, inductions, scheduling, training sessions, and program events for participants.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on intake, placements, and start dates.
  • Work with universities, apprenticeship bodies, and external training providers to keep programs running smoothly.
  • Make sure delivery meets local labor, education, and apprenticeship/traineeship requirements across EMEA countries, with support from HR and Legal.
Participant & Stakeholder Experience
  • Act as the main point of contact for participants, giving them a positive, well-supported experience.
  • Keep managers and mentors informed and equipped to support their interns, apprentices, and trainees.
  • Gather feedback throughout each program and act on it to improve delivery.
  • Track milestones, attendance, budgets, and completion against plan.
  • Maintain simple dashboards and status reports that show progress and outcomes.
  • Flag risks and issues early, and drive practical fixes to keep delivery on schedule.
  • Capture lessons learned and improve program playbooks and processes each cycle.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven program or project management experience delivering programs end to end, on time and on budget.

  • A clear, confident communicator who works well across HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Comfortable tracking data and budgets and reporting on progress.
  • Based in London with the right to work in the UK.
Nice to Have
  • Professional working proficiency in French or German (alongside fluent English) to support delivery across EMEA markets.
  • Experience delivering programs across multiple EMEA countries and navigating local apprenticeship/traineeship frameworks.
