Are you ready to play a vital role in a high-priority change initiative? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic IT Project Management Officer (PMO) to join their dynamic team! This is your chance to be a key player in a transformative project, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Project Success: organise meetings and facilitate workshops that help propel the project forward, ensuring everyone is aligned and engaged.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop periodic communication packs to share project progress and status with stakeholders, keeping everyone in the loop and informed.
  • Manage Requirements: Maintain a comprehensive body of requirements in JIRA, ensuring accuracy and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively Address Challenges: Identify potential challenges early on and engage stakeholders and project managers to resolve or escalate risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Create Insightful Updates: Produce accurate and insightful project update materials tailored for various forums and committees, showcasing your knack for clarity and detail.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Collaborate with Project Leads and Stakeholders to cascade guidance and requirements, ensuring adherence to PMO standards.
  • Maintain High Standards: Manage and uphold Project Plan standards, conducting regular quality checks of Milestones, Deliverables, and Tasks.
  • Review Change Requests: Assess Change Request Forms and confirm necessary sign-offs, ensuring smooth transitions and adjustments.
  • Leverage Tools: utilise Project Tracking tools to provide timely updates and reports on an ad-hoc basis, keeping the project on track and transparent.

What You Bring:

  • A proactive attitude with a passion for project management!
  • Strong experience in using JIRA and familiarity with Dev Ops will give you an edge.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across regulatory, geographic, and cultural boundaries throughout the EMEA region.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
