As a Junior Project Engineer / Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on key product development activities, driving innovation and delivering world-class solutions for our Beran and Helitune products, ensuring their success in the industrial and aerospace markets.

About you
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Project Manager with exceptional communication skills. You can adapt your communication style to connect effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and team members. As a proactive problem solver, you are always thinking ahead, identifying potential challenges before they arise and implementing solutions to keep projects on track. Your customer-focused and commercial, with a keen understanding of how to meet customer needs. Your collaborative approach drives teamwork ensuring smooth coordination and project success.
A background in Aerospace, Industrial or a related field, combined with practical project management experience, is essential. Ideally, you are also qualified in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) or have equivalent experience.
