This role is pivotal in ensuring that Technology and New Product Introduction (NPI) E part projects are executed within agreed scope, timelines, and financial parameters.

As a Project Manager, you will collaborate extensively across interdisciplinary teams to guide new product developments through the established Product Creation Process (PCP) framework with key focus on the following:

  • Steer NPI and technology projects through all phases up to PCP Gate 6, ensuring that project scope, schedule adherence, budget limits, quality standards, and strategic goals are met or exceeded.
  • Constantly track project performance metrics and KPIs, deliver transparent progress reports, and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests through effective mitigation strategies and escalation channels.
  • Coordinate efforts with multi-disciplinary teams comprising Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and divisions within the Product Companies to foster alignment and drive project success.
  • Ensure project resources and skill sets are adequately matched to tasks, promptly addressing any constraints or planning obstacles that may arise.
  • Maintain exemplary project governance, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, change control mechanisms, documentation of lessons learned, and the promotion of continuous improvement across all project activities.
  • Define, plan, and execute all project deliverables in strict alignment with overall project objectives, schedules, and PCP requirements.
  • Oversee successful product industrialization and transition processes, ensuring full compliance with safety, regulatory standards, and PCP protocols, facilitating a smooth handover to volume production and technical support teams.
