A leading technology company in Great Broughton is seeking a Project Manager to manage and support multiple projects concurrently. The successful candidate will lead the planning and delivery of various projects, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and managing project budgets. With a minimum of 2 years' experience and a formal project management qualification required, this role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth.

The successful candidate will form part of the Analox Projects team and will manage and support multiple projects concurrently. Assigned projects will include internally funded and externally funded development projects but could include other types of projects as required by the Company.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead the planning and delivery of multiple projects at any one time, with projects varying in size and complexity. The candidate will be tasked with steering products and systems from the planning phase, through the gated development process and into production. The successful candidate will also be the face of the project to the customer, whether internal or externally funded.
Projects are cross‑functional in nature, so the role presents the opportunity to work with every function across the business in a collaborative manner. Projects are increasingly important from an organisational perspective, meaning the role presents an opportunity to contribute to the growth of the organisation.

All staff are expected to actively participate in annual reviews and set objectives/goals in conjunction with their manager. Performance will be monitored against set objectives/goals.
Proactively promotes a culture of safety by taking ownership and encouraging others to do the same. Lead by example by consistently adhering to and championing safety practices and policies. Support 5S initiatives and maintain high housekeeping standards. Participate in safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses as needed to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
