Key Responsibilities And Duties

• Lead, participate in, and support projects and initiatives
• Monitor the performance of established Key Performance Indicators
• Collect data and produce reports
• Develop effective communication channels and relationships within and across functions to facilitate teamwork
• Manage daily project activities
• Maintain project plans and schedules
• Implement high-level cost controls and assist in compiling project budgets
• Escalate changes affecting timescales, costs, or quality to the Director of Projects
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actions
• Participate or lead internal and external meetings as required
• Investigate quality failures and ensure proper documentation in line with procedures
• Proactively manage changes, identify critical paths, and develop contingency plans
• Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders internally and externally
• Coordinate internal and external resources to keep projects within scope, schedule, and budget, collaborating with the project team and stakeholders from various departments
• Coordinate with quality assurance, engineering, materials, customer service, sales, finance, HR, and others to resolve issues and meet operational standards and goals
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and related manuals

• MRO knowledge and experience
