Job summary

Mysoft is seeking a proactive Project Manager to own software delivery projects in a fast-paced environment. You will manage multiple concurrent ERP/SaaS implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive delivery excellence.

The role requires strong planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a bias for structured, detail‑oriented delivery in a hybrid UK setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software implementation project experience (SaaS or ERP).
• Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects (4–8 at once).
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for customers and manage relationships.
• Lead key project ceremonies: kick-offs, status updates, risk reviews, go-live planning.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery readiness and alignment.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation (plans, UAT, go-live readiness).
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable delivery practices.

About You

You're a proactive, organised Project Manager with a solid track record in software delivery. You're comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with different stakeholders, and keeping projects moving in fast-paced environments.

Knowledge & Experience

• 3-5 years' experience managing software implementation projects (SaaS or ERP)
• Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects (typically 4-8 at a time)
• Strong stakeholder management across both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with, ERPsystems, finance systems, or AP/payment workflows (desirable)
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
